Prepare yourself for the forklift training. Things To Know:
Applicants for assessment must provide the following:
- Current Drivers Licence or Passport
- You have to be 18yrs or over
- Two Passport size photos
- Safety footwear must be worn during forklift driving
Assessment Requirements:
Study questions & answers prior to assessment. You will need to demonstrate the industry based competency standards required to successfully complete your assessment.
Assessment Results:
When you have successfully completed the assessment, a Licence Assessor shall issue you the Notice of Assessment which you can take to any Australian Post Outlet for processing within a 60 day period.
Licence Assessor:
Victorian WorkSafe Forklift Licence Assessor will assist you in relation to the assessment application.
